EPMA Charter

The EPMA Charter is the mechanism by which the EPMA will be governed consciously as a nonprofit Professional Association by observing the roles, responsibilities and ethical expectations and rudimentary functions of the Board of Trustees. Further the Charter provides a framework for exercising authority and setting out the policies and decision-making procedures to be observed by all Board of Trustees Members of EPMA. This Charter serves to enable Board Members to have a shared understanding of how the Board will function in order to achieve and realize the vision, mission and objectives of EPMA.
