All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Cancellation and refunds
Once a payment has been made, refund/cancellation is only permitted after investigating that specific case in coordination with Banks.
Refund/Cancellation request after 5 working days from the payment date will not be accepted.
Upon approval of Refund/cancellation, fees paid shall be refunded to the same Credit Card by which the transaction has been made, and no cash money shall be paid to the Customer.
Website Policies
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions would be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore Customers are requested to keep up-to-date on the website updates and notifications.
Method of PaymentS
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
